Microsoft is having problems Outlook Email on the Office365 platform.

email attachment issues affect Outlook for MAC software only and are very intermittent. Microsoft is continuing to work on the issue (EX128636) Duplicate or inaccessible folders occurs only during migration and Microsoft has an automated fix running to repair. (EX125946) Users may be unable to view some folders. Microsoft has an automated fix running to repair. (EX126202) Setting as operational.

Microsoft is showing 3 types of problems with Outlook at this time. Ssome users may find:

  • difficulty opening email attachments
  • duplicate problems with contacts (duplicates or not appearing)
  • folders not appearing
